Group CEO Andrew Samuels
Andrew Samuels is the founder and CEO of WislPort and is widely recognised as a thought leader in Whistleblowing operations.
A regular media commentator on whistleblowing, Andrew has contributed his expertise to the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), the International Olympic Committee (IOC), The UK All Party Parliamentary Group on Whistleblowing and the Cambridge Symposium on Economic Crime amongst other engagement in the private, charity and public sectors.
He has been actively involved since 2016 as a subject matter expert to the British Standards Institute (BSI) on Whistleblowing and has represented BSI to the International Standards Organisation (ISO) for ISO37002, the international standard for whistleblowing management systems since 2017 for which he has played a key role in the development of this global standard.

WislPort Advisor Wim Vandekerckhove, PhD
Wim Vandekerckhove is Professor of Business Ethics EDHEC Business School. He holds a Phd in Applied Ethics from Ghent University and was a visiting scholar at the University of Oslo in 2007 (Centre for Development and the Environment SUM), and a visiting fellow at Griffith University in 2020 (Centre for Governance and Public Policy).
Wim is also co-director of the Centre of Research on Employment and Work (CREW) at the University of Greenwich, and is the editor-in-chief of Philosophy of Management (Springer).
Wim has provided expertise on whistleblowing to various organisations, including Council of Europe, United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), the International Olympic Committee (IOC), Transparency International, Public Concern at Work, WhistleblowersUK, Public Services International, the Whistleblower Advice Centre in the Netherlands, the UK Department of Health, the UK Financial Conduct Authority, the British Standards Institute (BSI), and the Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants (ACCA). He is currently the convenor for ISO37002, the international standard for whistleblowing management systems.

Subject Matter Expert Carolina Muñoz
Carolina has more than 15 years of experience, specializing in criminal law, dispute resolution and arbitration, local and international anticorruption and compliance matters with experience at the Economic, Corruption, and Tax Crimes Prosecutor´s office in Costa Rica, and the Fraud and Corruption Division of the prosecutor’s office in Munich, Germany.
Carolina previously worked in Criminal Law and Anticorruption teams as partner at Dentons Muñoz and has since founded her own innovative and bold boutique firm, According2Law, which helps clients develop, implement and improve practical, risk analysis-based solutions to real-world ethics, compliance, and investigations challenges.
Carolina is the President of the Costa Rican Technical National Committees for the implementation of the Antibribery Management System (ISO 37001), the Compliance Management System (ISO 19600) and the Whistleblowing Managing System (ISO37002). She is also the Secretary for the TC309 Developing Countries Co-Ordination Group, focusing on the current and future standardisation needs of developing countries and was President and one of the founders of the Anti-Corruption Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce, Chapter Costa Rica.

CEO WislPort Canada Sam Shaw, B.A., M.Sc., M.Ed., M.B.A., Ph.D., C.Dir.
Sam is Chair of the Board of Governors at Vancouver Premier College and has served as President and Chief Academic Officer at Yellowhead Tribal College, Deputy Vice Chancellor Academic Affairs and Acting Deputy Vice Chancellor Administration at the Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT), UAE, Vice President Policy Development with Encana Corporation, and as President & CEO of the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT).
Sam has served as a Board Chair, HR Chair and Governance Chair on Boards such as United Way, Goodwill Industries, Canadian Commercial Corporation, GEM Inc., Third Quarter, and Standards Council of Canada. He is currently a member on the City of Calgary’s Aboriginal Urban Affairs Committee, the Whistleblowing Managing System (ISO37002) and TC 309 ISO standard for Governance of Organizations.
He has been the recipient of awards such as Businessperson of the Year, Leadership and others recognizing his work and contributions and continues to be involved in providing expertise in areas of organizational behaviours and governance to companies and agencies.
